Manchester United Co-owner Avran Glazar breaks his silence on saling the club; Speaking on Christiano Ronaldo's exit

Manchester United co-owner, Avram Glazer has broken his silence after putting the club up for sale.

The 62-year-old said they decided to seek 'strategic alternatives' for the club before thanking the departing Cristiano Ronaldo for all he has done for the club.

He was confronted in the street by a Sky News reporter in Palm Beach, Florida, after the shocking announcement on Tuesday November 22, that the Glazers were inviting fresh investment at United and were potentially open to a sale.

They value the Old Trafford club at upwards of £5billion.
Asked why now was the right time, Glazer replied: 'As we announced yesterday, the board went through a process and it has decided it is going to look at different strategic alternatives and that's what we're doing.'

When it was put to Glazer that most United fans feel his family should have sold the club years ago, he answered: 'Once again, we are going through a process, we will look at all different strategic alternatives and we will see where it leads us.

I appreciate you talking to me tonight and I'm going to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving.'
Asked about the acrimonious departure of Ronaldo, Glazer said: 'I will tell you about Cristiano Ronaldo, he is a great Manchester United player and I appreciate everything he has done for the club and I wish him the best of luck in the future.'

The decision to sell the club came after Ronaldo, 37, criticized the Glazer family during his explosive interview with Piers Morgan, with the comments leading to his departure from United on Tuesday.

He said: 'The Glazers, they don't care about the cub. I mean, professional sport, as you know, Manchester is a marketing club.
They will get money from the marketing - the sport, it's, they don't really care, in my opinion.

'The fans, they're always right. I think the fans should know the truth, should know that the players want the best for the club.

'I want the best for the club. This why I came to Manchester United.

Historical Research: MURSI TRIBE IN ETHIOPIA

Mursi is an ethnic group from South-west Ethiopia, located in the Debmo-Omo area, in the Region of Nations and Peoples of the South, Surrounded by mountains between the Omo River and its tributary"mago".

Many of the strong Mursi people live as nomads on the lower valley of the river Omo, around 800km from "Addis Abeba", the Ethiopian capital.
NOMADS:
Member of a group of people who moves from place to place instead of living in one place all the time.

Mursi has the custom of wearing a lip plate linked to the female's fertility and eligibility for marriage. It's one of the most subjected in their tradition. The lower lip is slit open as early as puberty and the plate, called a "dhebi", is inserted. The girl must not only make, bake and paint the dhebi, but swap it for a new one over the years, so that the mouth area grows with it.

There are many theories about the lip plate tradition....The lip plates are also called lip discs or lip plugs.

Firstly, One says that the Mursi men wanted to guard their women by making them unattractive.

Secondly, it marks a commitment to the husband because it must be worn with great pride when serving him food. Though, If the husband dies, the lip plate is removed since a woman's external beauty is said to fade after her husband’s death.

Lastly, it's a symbol of great beauty.

As for the men, they go into ceremonious battle and must face one opponent, as their tradition. They are armed only with a two-metre long wooden stick called a Donga, duelling with men from other villages. The men then battle it out, beating each other with the sticks. The first fighter to submit loses and the winner is taken by a group of women to determine who he will marry.

One accessory makes the indigenous Mursi people stand out in the world: colourful, painted clay plate that women put into their lower lip, many as large as saucers. This cultural curiosity draws them a lot of attention.

In the history of Mursi, they are great warrior and they could only be capture trough photograph for cash exchange also the Plate-lipped women. The cash are mostly spent on liquors. They live in complete isolation from the rest of world and have killed hundreds of people who had come into their community without their permission.

Mursi has two major Religion practice_Animism(initially) and most has adopted Christianity. Their neighbors include the Aari, the Banna, the Mekan, the Karo, the Kwegu, the Nyangatom and the Suri.
According to the census of 2007, the Mursi are a community of about 11,500 people.

TRADITIONAL OBASHIP BEING POLITICIZED

Traditional Obaship Being Politicized in Nigeria

Crowning 👑 of Obas (Kings) and other traditional positions has become an issue of great concern as its being seen in many villages and towns.
In many cases, attaining the position of oba(king) and some other traditional positions are being politicized. This has made these traditional offices lost their credi and Worth thereby loosing respect in one form or the other.
These positions are no longer occupied by people chosen by the ancestors of the land like it used to be from the ancient days. Candidates that are interested in this positions now lobby with political office holders in order to reach the post even though they're not qualified or chosen by the people / the diviner ( Ifa (Oracle) or Amadioha) as the case may be.
These positions especially the kingship are now being influenced by politics which has made the traditional rulers and their office loss respect and honor to politicians because the politicians now believe that the traditional rulers can not be without them in many cases.
It's really high time we went back to our source  and make things right again so that our traditional institution an gain back the authority, honor and recognition they deserve and bestowed upon them by God almighty. If we don't forge, these traditional institutions have being in place before the modern politics.

Alarming Increase of Internet Fraudsters in Nigeria

The Alarming Increase of Internet Fraudsters

The rate at which internet Fraudsters increases is quite alarming. Nigeria youths spesifically males have taken internet theft as normal occupation that majority are venturing into it.
This wi continue to be so if our society keep appreciating people on their sudden wealth without interrogating and knowing the source of their wealth.
To put an end to this, families has roles to play likewise the government. Families should ensure proper upbringing of children, give them good education both formal and informal most importantly teach them morals.
Government should make policies and provisions that will make the country conducive for all citizens to live. For majority of youths complain that government aren't making life easy at all. Actually, it's obvious there's hardship in the country. No jobs, businesses are crumbling and to make matters worse, there is no security.
Youths are graduating massively, yet no employment, even those that managed to learn a trade or vocation find it very difficult to establish. Though, these are the parts of the government's responsibility.
Now part of the youths, majority of youths are not contended and are covetous. They want to have in a year what can't be achieved in 5 years, therefore willing to do anything despirately to acquire their desires.
Law enforcement agencies are also not helping matters. They receive money from the these Fraudsters whenever they're apprehended and set them free without charging them to court for trials.
Funny aspect of it is that they accuse the government officials of theft whenever I'm opportuned to interview them. They say they accept they accept they're thieves but the government officials are bigger thieves.
It's high time we battled corruption starting from various political office holders down to the common citizens.
